When you submit a request through our form, we provide it to one or more lenders, brokers or other marketing partners listed on our Marketing Partners page. Those companies may pay us a fee for your request, for contacting you, or when you take out a product with them. We do not charge you anything for using this site.
What that means for you
- Compensation may affect which partners receive your request, how many receive it and in what order.
- The partners we work with are not the only companies offering home equity products, and we do not compare every lender in the market.

We are not a lender
BlubirdIQ does not make loans, take credit applications or make credit decisions, and is not a broker or loan originator. All lending decisions, rates, fees and terms are set by the lender, which is responsible for its own licensing, disclosures and compliance.
